Calcium chloride desiccants are made with the highest purity calcium chloride that can absorb up to 3X their own weight in moisture, and offering greater and longer-lasting protection against mold and moisture damage from within your product packaging.

NicePak offers high absorbent solutions for elevated humidity, moisture, ocean container shipments with potential risk to container rain or cargo sweat, extreme dew points, and other relative damaging effects of moisture. Our desiccants are environmentally safe and compliant with food or drug application. The desiccant inhibits the formation of mold, mildew, and corrosion of materials.

1.4kg container desiccant horizontally (tied to the container roof)

It is specially designed to prevent rusting, corrosion, mould, mildew and other forms of moisture damage during long-haul transportation. Nicepak Container Dry is an effective, low-cost dehumidifier made from calcium chloride (CaCl2) and starch. In the right quantity, it lowers the relative air humidity and thus also the risk of condensation build-up and moisture damage. The container desiccant is suitable for use in transportation processes lasting 45 days or longer.

Container dry bag material:
The single bag are made of Tyvek(front) and PET film(back).
Double-bags option has a non-woven outer bag for double security.
Custom print(e.g. company logo)on the bag can be done for MOQ5000pcs.

MOISTURE-PROOF ADVISE FOR CONTAINERS
Nicepak small package desiccant can protect the goods in your carton from moisture to a great extent. However, in the ocean transportation of goods, the container rain will cause damage to your goods due to the temperature difference between day and night. In order to prevent this, we recommend that you also use the desiccant DC-1000g and DC-1400g specially designed for containers.

How to use container desiccant DC-1000g and DC-1400g?
(1)Check containers to ensure:
1, The container is dry and clean, does not leak air and water, and is suitable for shipping goods;
2, The container is not damaged: close the container door, there is no "obvious light leakage" from the inside, and there are no cracks or holes on the container wall, top and bottom;
3, The container door can be closed tightly, and the rubber used for the door seal should be good;
4, The wooden boards of the container before loading must be dry, clean, and free of obvious wet stains.

(2)Check water content of container wood floor:
1, It is better not to use containers with wooden floor humidity exceeding 20%. If containers cannot be selected, the amount of desiccant needs to be appropriately increased. For every 1.5% increase in humidity, 1 kg of desiccant should be added accordingly;
2, Please do not use containers with wooden floor humidity exceeding 25%.

NOTICE FOR USING DESICCANT
1, Do not expose the desiccant to the air for a long time. For example, pour out lots of desiccant in one time and put it on the paper box or work table for use.
2, Please leave a space of 1 to 2 cm on the top or around the carton. Do not cover and squeeze the desiccant.
3, When using DC-1000g, if there is insufficient space on the left and right sides of the container, please hang the DC-1000g on the hanging ring and put the bottom end of the desiccant on the top of the goods. As shown in the picture below:
